Martin Hale
Chairman

Mr Martin Hale is the chairman of the institution has been in the field for over two decades and as such have had alot of experience ranging from international Banking to Financial securities and investments services. He has worked in a couple of reputable financial Institutions including the Barkley's Bank of United Kingdom before being appointed the Chairman of Unicorn Investment Securities.

Andrea Notman
Vice Chairman

Andrea Notman was appointed vice Chairman and joined the Board on 1st October 1999. He has held a variety of senior management positions in different areas within the institution, including Retail Banking, International Banking and Treasury. He was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 1987, Chief Executive Officer in 1989 and elected Chairman of the Board in 1990. He is a member of the Board Risk Committee

Ernest Plowman
Managing Director

Ernest Plowman was appointed Managing Director and joined the Board on 1st October 2000. He has held a variety of senior management positions in different areas within the institution. He has worked in several Banking and Financial Institutions in the United Kingdom before joining Unicorn Investment Securities.

George Rogers
Director

George Rogers joined the Board on 25th October 2000,a Chartered Accountants, George Rogers has served in varied positions in different Institutes of Chartered Accountants in Europe. He is a director of several companies and Chairman of the Bodmas Aid Foundation. He is a member of the Board Remuneration, Board Nominations and Board Risk Committees.

Sandra Moose
Company Secretary

Sandra Moose was appointed the Company Secretary and joined the Board since the Company's inception. She has held a variety of senior management positions in different areas and has served relentlessly and has won several awards of excellent service.
